Performed by a live jazz ensemble, vocalists, and a cast of burlesque, drag, sideshow, circus, and theatrical artists, the production explores love through five distinct emotional stages. Structured as a five-act revue, the evening journeys through Ideal Love, Desire, Obsession, Jealousy, and Loss. Guided by a live MC and accompanied by a six-piece jazz band, each act unfolds in its own theatrical style, shifting between elegance, chaos, intimacy, spectacle, comedy, and fantasy. Rather than telling a single linear tale, Théâtre de l'Amour presents love as a collection of emotional states brought vividly to life through music, movement, storytelling, and cabaret performance.
