With reservations available from 4–8pm, enjoy a five-course menu by Chef Trenton Pajuluoma, accompanied by four wine pairings showcasing the region’s celebrated styles and diverse terroirs. Throughout the evening, the team will share stories about the Loire Valley’s winemaking traditions and distinctive appellations, with optional tasting notes available for those who wish to explore further.
